Nikoleta brings a decade of experience leading end-to-end supply chain operations across e-commerce, wellness, and pharma companies. From demand planning and inventory management to 3PL coordination and supplier negotiations, she has built and managed systems that support real growth in fast-scaling DTC brands.
Tsvetomir comes from a software development background with a strong focus on automation, system design, and integrations. After transitioning into supply chain, he worked alongside Nikoleta inside a fast-growing e-commerce company – building tracking systems, automations, and operational tools that became the foundation of what Chain Tales offers today.
Together, we spent years in the trenches managing complex supply chains – navigating a major company exit, opening new markets, and building the systems and tools that kept everything running when it mattered most.
